So I have been watching Grey’s Anatomy from the very beginning and it’s consumed my life. I love this show a lot, but there are two things that I’m not liking because of it.
1. Lack of sleep
2. The relationships.
Don’t get me wrong, I love all the crazy relationship drama stuff, but seeing it all the time, makes me want some relationship, drama and all.
Once I finish the series, it will be time to go out and meet people… Or start Private Practice :P haha
Lately I have been feeling lonely even though I am surrounded by lots of people. I haven’t had a special someone in a very long time, and it just seems like I should have it.
Sorry just needed to rant :P
A lot has happened in the past few weeks revolving around PJ. On May 18th, his parents had a tribute concert for him. It was one of the most amazing evenings of my life. His sisters did an amazing duet together and also world premiers of tribute songs written for jazz bands. Such an amazing night.
After the concert, Tori and I went and visited him and that is when we saw his tombstone for the first time. It is so beautiful and it says “The song has ended, but the melody lingers on.” This was the theme of his tribute concert night and it seems very fitting, as he may no longer be on earth but, he will always be here no matter what.
Then I went to my old dance studios year end show to watch their tribute number they had done. They had an amazing slide show presentation before the dance. This is where PJ and I started to become friends. So there were lots of pictures of us together. Then the dance itself was PHENOMENAL!!! It was amazing experience.
Lastly this sunday is the final Kokopelli concert of the year. We are singing For Good from Wicked. It’s going to be a tough time but I’m happy that my choir is singing it.
Needless to say that this month has been full of tributes for him and all of them were amazing and I know this Sunday will go just as awesome.
Anyways I’m heading to bed now and I’m sorry if this is long but I needed to get this out before it all left my mind. Night!!!
